For 9 years now my role is to look after the BOLT business, teams & guests!
I absolutely love looking after the business side of the brand. Each day brings a new challenge, which keeps me super busy and is never boring. From Bookeeping, HR & social media….no two days are the same!

Hi BOLT Babes!
My names Bethan and i’ve been in the hairdressing industry for over 10 years. I Started as a Saturday girl at fourteen and that’s where my passion for hair began. I consider myself as an all round hairdresser but I have a special passion for colour and love creating new looks for my clients.
I have worked really hard to gain an amazing clientele who I now consider to be more friends than clients. I see my job as being as much about a social experience as it is doing beautiful hair.
I enjoy doing hair competitions and have competed in the prestigious L’oreal Colour Trophy getting through to the regional finals in 2018 and 2019. I have been lucky to be involved in lots of photoshoots during my career.
I have been with BOLT Salons for over 7 years and I have recently been promoted to Area manager. I am looking forward to the new challenge of managing the salon and teaching the BOLT education programme to our growing team.

My names hattie and I have been in the hairdressing industry for over 15 years. As a school leaver I headed straight into a salon where i gained my NVQ’s.
Throughout my career I have gained a fiercely loyal clientele . With a thirst for education i’ve had the privilege of training with some notably renowned industry professionals in colour, cutting and styling.
Coming from a fast paced high end Cardiff salon Hattie joins BOLT Salons as salon manager and hopes to step into educating for the company in the future. Hattie has an all round technical skill set but specialises in unique highlighting techniques such as baby lights and Balayage but can knock out some serious vivid bold looks too!
Hair is more than a job to me and I see you as more than just a client.

i’m here to make your blonde hair dreams come true! I love all aspects of hairdressing but I specialise in blonding, teased highlights, freehand and things lightening, i’m here for you!

I have 10 years experience and I love hairdressing.
My real passion is colour, creative foil work, balayage and blondes. I specialise in cutting short hair and gents and have built up an amazing clientele since I joined BOLT Salons four years ago.
Since I have joined BOLT Blackwood my confidence has grown, i’m super proud to have entered the L’oreal Colour Trophy and have been put through to the regional finals in 2019! I have been involved in lots of photoshoots and I am now senior stylist.

my name is Shell, I started my hairdressing journey 11 years ago, having an obsession with hair textures and styles from a super young age. It was clear making people happy, creating their dream hair and helping them express themselves through hair is what i’ve always been passionate about!
I love short hair, clipper cuts with patterns, textured shag cuts, creative colour and I always keep up with what’s on trend!
I also do Bridal & occasion hair. im so excited to start my new adventure with then BOLT team and get creative!

Im Casey and Im an apprentice at BOLT Salons Blackwood, currently studying my level 2 NVQ.
It’s safe to say I am the baby of the BOLT Salons team but that does not stop me! I am very passionate in all things colour, especially in making all your blonde dreams come true!(Because who doesn’t love a blonde?!)
I am super excited to learn more, meet new people and share my work with everyone. I have always wanted to become a hairdresser so this is my time to shine!
