Cancellations.

 

We understand that cancelling and moving appointments are sometimes unavoidable. We please ask for at least 48 hours notice when moving, changing or cancelling any appointments.

Unfortunately there will be a 50% charge if you cancel or move an appointment within the 48hour window (if we are unable to fill the appointment)

We reserve the right to deduct up to the full amount of your service charge from your securely saved card on file if you do not contact us at all.
